After the 2013 Niswarth program, students wrote a white paper reflecting on their own educations, at Andover and beyond. As a part of their research, students reflected upon the experiential learning of the Niswarth trip and their experience as students at Andover. In addition, during the program students read about ideas related to education by Mahatma Gandhi and Paulo Freire, visited urban and rural communities, public and private schools, and interacted with many different education organizations.
